size exchanges
we offer size exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
how it works
email orders@raimundolanglois.com with your order number and preferred size. we'll send instructions and hold the new size while your exchange is on its way back.
shipping
domestic exchanges ship free both ways. international customers cover return shipping.
once the original item arrives, we'll send your new size within 5 business days. if the size is no longer available, we'll issue store credit.
condition
items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. sale items are final.
